Hey guys, I'm throwing this out there because I know I'm not the only one who's struggled with scaling a crypto startup without burning out. Going from a small team to something bigger is a delicate dance, and I'm curious to hear from others who've made it work - what were some early wins or major challenges you faced?

"Yooo, just wanted to chime in - building a solid team and setting realistic goals have been huge for me and my team at our crypto startup. Don't try to do everything at once, prioritize and focus on delivering quality work. Burnout is real, but having a clear plan and supportive team can help mitigate it."

"Loved this thread guys! For me, the key to scaling without burnout is prioritizing your team's well-being and setting realistic goals. We recently implemented a 4-day workweek and it's made a huge difference in morale and productivity"

"Dude, I feel you. I was part of a crypto project that went from idea to listing on a major exchange in like 6 months, but we were working non-stop, 24/7. Burnout is real, especially when you're the dev team."

"Honestly, I think the biggest challenge is setting realistic timelines and learning to say no to non-essential tasks. It's easy to get caught up in the hype and overcommit, but at the end of the day, burnout is real and can set your entire project back. Has anyone found a good way to prioritize tasks without sacrificing vision?"
