From HODLing to Hoarding: Can I Convert My Low-Value Coins to Altcoins?

Hey guys, I've got a weird problem. I've been HODLing a ton of low-value coins that are basically worthless (e.g. PIVX, GRS) for years, and I'm feeling the urge to diversify my portfolio. Is it even possible to convert these coins to altcoins that have some actual value? Help me out!
