"Hey guys, just wanted to share my crazy story of how I went from being a (briefly) prosperous crypto trader with a fat wallet to a homeowner with a $500k renovation project that's sucking the life out of me. Anyone else out there have any epic renovation horror stories to share? I'm talking contractor drama, budget blowouts, and possibly even a few existential crises..."

"Dude, I feel ya. Lost a chunk of my crypto stash in '22 and was planning to put that towards a down payment, but now it's just sitting there gathering dust. Still gotta save for a place, but gonna have to get creative with the renovation funds"

"Dude, I feel u. I invested all my crypto cash in a renovation project last year and it ended up costing me way more than expected. Guess I should've taken a few more lessons in home renovation before diving in!"
