Title: Found a Free, Open-Source GPS Alternative That's Almost as Good as Garmin

Hey guys, I just stumbled upon a sweet little project called OpenStreetMap (OSM) with an accompanying GPS app called yakut. It's completely free, open-source, and surprisingly feature-rich. I've been using it for a week now and I'm loving the results - battery life and accuracy are pretty comparable to my Garmin, and it even integrates with some of my favorite outdoor apps.

Just tried it out and I gotta say, it's pretty sweet. The accuracy is still a bit off, but for casual use, it's a decent substitute. Anyone else give it a shot and what were your thoughts?

"Dude, I've been using OsmAnd for years now, and it's honestly better than Garmin in some ways. Plus, being open-source, devs keep pushing out updates with new features. Anyone here tried it out?"
