Finding purpose in a post-FI world is it all about the benjamins or something more

Finally crushed my FI goals, but honestly, the dopamine hit from green candles is wearing off fast. Is the endgame just stacking more bags or did I miss the point of actually *living*? Curious if any of you degens have found a deeper meaning once you made it.

I think people are misunderstanding what FV/FI even means sometimes, like it's all about extreme frugality or something. For me, it's about living more intentionally, focusing on stuff that truly adds value and bringing in a decent income, regardless of the number benjamins. It's about creating a life you love, not just accumulating wealth.

I've been thinking about this a lot since the crash, and for me it's more about living in accordance with my values than chasing some dollar figure. It's about building a community, contributing to something bigger than myself, and finding happiness in the simple things. The money will come if you're actually doing something you care about.

I feel like people get caught up in the idea that purpose has to be directly tied to financial gain, but what if it's about finding something that truly motivates you, regardless of whether it's related to crypto or not? Maybe it's about creating something, helping others, or just living in harmony with the community you're part of, you know? For me, it's about the freedom that crypto gives us to experiment and push boundaries, and the possibilities it opens up for good.

Once you secure the bag, the whole game shifts from chasing fiat to finding what actually sparks joy. You trade the 9-to-5 grind for the freedom to work on whatever degen projects actually vibe with you.

Honestly, the money is just a tool to buy your freedom back, not the end goal. If you aren't building something cool or chasing a passion, you’ll get bored just watching charts all day.

Honestly, staring at your blockfolio gets old fast after you make it. It’s definitely gotta be about building cool stuff or impacting the community, otherwise you’re just another bored degen with money. Freedom is the real play, not just the stack.

Honestly, once you secure the bag it’s about finding what actually gets you out of bed without an alarm clock. Money just buys you the freedom to stop wagecucking, so use that runway to build cool stuff or just touch grass.

Reaching FI is just leveling the playing field so you can stop trading time for fiat, but it’s definitely not the endgame. Once you secure the bag, you gotta pivot to building something meaningful or you’ll just lose your mind staring at charts all day.

I'm with you, dude - it's not about the dollars and cents, but about building something that actually makes a difference in people's lives, whether that's through crypto, art, or just being a good human being. When we focus on the money, we often lose sight of what's truly important. For me, it's about using my skills and resources to create value and make a positive impact, not just line my pockets.
