Yooo, I'm having the same issue with my X Ledger Nano. I've been trying to figure it out for a while now, but no luck yet. Has anyone managed to resolve this and if so, what steps did you take?

"Yup, I've had this issue before. Apparently, it's a known bug and the only fix I found was to uninstall and reinstall Ledger Live, then reconnect your device. Does anyone else have an alt solution?"

"Yea, I had the same problem a few months ago, turns out it was a syncing issue with their servers. Try disconnecting your device and then reconnecting it to see if that resolves the issue. Worked for me, fingers crossed it will for you too!"

"Had this issue with my Ledger X just last month. Turns out it was due to an outdated version of the Ledger Live app. Make sure your app is up to date and also try a reset, that worked for me"
