Title: Decentralized Identity 2.0: New Blockchain-based Verifiable Credentials

Hey all, just came across some interesting news on decentralized identity - a new system leveraging blockchain tech to issue and verify credentials. This next-gen system supposedly reduces reliance on centralized identity providers and gives individuals more control over their own identity. Has anyone else heard about this?
