"Hey folks, I'm throwing this out there for some sanity-checking. I've been working on a large-scale DB for a crypto exchange and our schema design is basically a hot mess. We're seeing some major slowdowns and I'm guessing it's due to our overly complex table structure, but I'm not sure where to start cleaning it up."

"Lol @ that schema design, looks like a hot mess! What's the context here, are you working with Postgres or MySQL? Trying to troubleshoot or just get some sanity checks?"

"Yikes, database schema redesign woes are the worst. Have you tried using a schema migration tool like Liquibase or Flyway to at least make the transition less painful? I've seen a lot of good come out of using these tools to manage schema changes over time."

"Dude, I feel your pain. Had a similar issue with a poorly designed schema on our MongoDB database last year. Have you considered using a graph database or rearchitecting your schema entirely?"

"Haha, sounds like you fell into the infamous DB schema pitfall . Can you share more about what went wrong and what kind of project you were working on?"

"Hey OP, sounds like you've got a messy database on your hands. Have you tried using a schema design tool like SchemaSpy to visualize your relationships and identify potential issues?"

"What's the main issue here? You're saying your schema has grown into a monster, causing performance issues and slow queries? Need some help normalizing that DB and getting it back on track."

"Lol, been there done that with one of my side projects. Ended up with a DB that was a hot mess and took forever to refactor. Any chance you can post some schema designs we can pick apart?"
