"Hey guys, I'm reaching out for some guidance. I've been into crypto for a bit now and I'm looking to transition into a dev role, specifically for Web3 projects. Has anyone out there have any experience or know of any resources that could help a noob like me get started?"

"Dude, you're lookin at a tough road ahead, but I gotta respect your ambition. To get into a dev role in crypto, you'll need to build a strong portfolio and network, so get started on some personal projects and hit up some dev meetups in your area. Also, consider takin a course or two in crypto dev, like Ethereum or Solana dev."

"Hey there newbie, no worries if you're stepping into the dev role, it's a steep learning curve but worth it. Have you checked out any online courses or forums like FreeCodeCamp or GitHub for some guidance? There are also some awesome communities on Discord for devs looking to collaborate on crypto projects"

"Hey OP, welcome to the community. For dev roles, I'd say start by checking out job boards like We Work Remotely or CryptoJobs.net, and also look into companies like Coinbase, Binance, and the like. Good luck with your job hunt, and feel free to DM me if you need any specific advice."

"Hey OP, sounds like you're just starting out - dev-wise. What kinda experience you got so far? If you're looking for resources, I'd recommend checking out the dev sections on GitHub and GitHub's learning library."

"Hey OP, no experience and trying to break into a dev role can be tough. I'd recommend checking out free online courses on platforms like Udemy or Coursera to learn the basics of crypto dev, and then looking into internships or junior dev positions. Good luck!"

"Hey OP, congrats on taking the leap into crypto dev. I'd recommend checking out some online courses on platforms like Udemy or Coursera for learning the basics of programming languages like Solidity or Rust. Also, reach out to some established projects in the space and ask if they'd be willing to take on an intern or junior dev, that's how I got my start"

"Dude, crypto newbies can definitely break into dev roles. I'd say start by learning the fundamentals of blockchain development through online courses or tutorials. You can also try contributing to open-source projects on GitHub to build your portfolio."
