"Hey guys, I wanted to start a discussion on crypto exchange scams. We've all seen those fake promises of huge returns and then the exchange just vanishes with our funds. Has anyone had to take an exchange to arbitration? If so, what was the outcome and did you have to do anything specific to increase your chances of winning?"

"I had a similar issue with Binance last year and took it to their support channel, didn't have to go to arbitration thankfully. They did a manual review and sorted it out within a week. Always a good idea to engage with support before involving arbitrators, less drama that way."

"Yea, arbitration is a solid option if you're having a beef with an exchange. Just make sure you've read the terms and conditions of both your exchange and their arbitration process, don't wanna find out you've got a pre-existing clause that's gonna get you denied. Has anyone had success with the SIPC or similar regulatory boards?"
