As someone who's passionate about both, I've found that juggling my schedule can be tough, and I'm curious to know how others manage to balance their trading sessions with their workouts. I feel you - trying to balance a trading schedule with hitting the gym can be tough. For me, it's all about scheduling and prioritizing: I try to trade during slow periods (like when I'm on a rest day) so I can keep up with my fitness routine and not stress too much about market fluctuations.
