Yo fellow HOFers (HODLers, haha), I'm kicking off this thread with a crazy story from my past. Back in 2017, I was holding some Ethereum and got a margin call after it dropped to like $200 - my stop-loss was at $120 or something. I ended up liquidating my entire bag for basically nothing.

"Dude, I've got a wild story too. I once HODLed Bitcoin at $40k and got wiped out in a margin call when it tanked to $20k. Moral of the story: never over-leverage your crypto stash."
