"Hey fellow devs and industry folks, I'm seeing this issue a lot lately - companies are prioritizing productivity over employee well-being, and it's taking a toll on mental health. I've seen talented engineers burn out and quit because they felt like they were being pushed too hard without any support. How can we balance company goals with employee happiness?"

"Lowkey, burnout is a real issue in the crypto space, and I've seen some of my ex-colleagues drop off into early retirement (not by choice, sadly). I think flexible working hours and a clear work-life balance would help stem the tide of burnout. Anyone else experience this in their own companies?"
