CEX arbitration clauses are a total joke, prove me wrong

I just read through the fine print on a major exchange and the forced arbitration bs is actually insane. They basically force you into a private court system that they control, so good luck ever seeing your funds again if they freeze your account. How is this legal, let alone fair for users?

I'm pretty sure the arbitration clauses at CEX are designed to favor the site, not the user. Most CEXs claim these clauses help speed up the dispute process but if you've actually tried to use them, you'll know they're basically a guaranteed loss for the user.
