Hey all, just wanted to share my crazy home renovation project. I've got $10k to work with and my goal is to turn my current dump into a solid fortress. I'm talking new roofing, security cameras, smart locks, and maybe even a DIY solar panel setup - anyone have some advice on where to start or what to prioritize?
