Title: Building a Crypto Trader Bot from Scratch - Beginner's Guide with Python

Hey guys, I'm excited to start this thread where we can work together to create a simple crypto trader bot from scratch using Python. I'll be sharing a beginner's guide, and I'm opening it up to the community to contribute and learn from each other's ideas and expertise. No prior knowledge of bot development needed, just a willingness to learn and experiment.

"Hey there, just wanted to add that you should also consider using APIs like Binance or Coinbase for real-time market data. This will make your bot a lot more reliable and accurate. Great thread so far, though, looking forward to seeing more updates"

Just started following this thread and it looks super helpful for newbies like me. I'm also interested in building a trading bot but I'm stuck on choosing the best API to integrate. Has anyone used Alpaca's API for this purpose?

"Hey OP, your guide seems really comprehensive. I think you might want to add a section on handling order types, like limit orders and stop losses, to make the bot more robust. Would love to see an example implementation too!"
