Let's talk about building the ultimate crypto mining rig. Currently, I'm eyeing the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X for the CPU, a high-end RTX 4090 for the GPU, and 128GB of DDR5 RAM. But what are some of you guys running in your rigs, and are there any other specs that can give us a significant edge in crypto mining?

"Hands down, I'm Team AMD all the way. The Ryzen 9 7950X paired with an RX 7900 XT and 128GB of DDR5 RAM is giving me some serious mining numbers. Been running it for a week now and I'm averaging 300 SOL per day."

"Dude, I've been running a Ryzen 9 5900X with 8x3080 Tis and 64GB of DDR4 for my mining rig and it's been a beast. I'm getting around 140-160 H/s on ETH and 35-40 Mh/s on SHA-256. Been thinking of upgrading my RAM to DDR5, anyone know if it's worth it?"

"Dude, for crypto mining I'd say you can't go wrong with the Ryzen 9 7900X CPU, paired with at least 24 GB of DDR5 RAM, and a high-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 GPU. The RX 7900 XTX is a good alternative, but I heard the new 4090 owners are getting some sweet hashrate boosts. Worth the upgrade, in my opinion."

I've been testing the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X with a Radeon RX 6950 XT and 64GB of DDR5 RAM, and the results are insane - getting around 100Mh/s on some of the more popular coins. The RX 6900 XT is still a great budget option, but the 6950 XT is the clear winner if you're looking to max out performance. Been getting consistent results on the testnet as well.
