"Alright folks, just got word that the Ethereum devs have been cooking up some secret sauce for Layer 2 scaling solutions. Apparently, we can expect to see some major upgrades to solutions like Optimism and Arbitrum, and possibly even some new partnerships with other scaling protocols. Anyone else hearing whispers about this?"
