"Hey guys, got a wild story to share. User 'FrozenFunds99' is claiming their $10k was frozen on a crypto exchange due to a phishing scam, and now the exchange is playing dumb saying it's not their responsibility. Need some expert arbiters to weigh in and provide some insight."

"Lol this sounds like a real-life scammy situation. I'd say the exchange needs to take responsibility for the frozen funds and work with the user to resolve the issue ASAP. Has anyone asked to see the user's receipts and proof of ownership to avoid it being a pump and dump?"

"Got to be careful here. Can't jump to conclusions without hearing both sides, but 10k is a big chunk of change. Need more info before calling out the exchange."

"Hey OP, I'm no expert but this sounds like a clear case of user error. Maybe the frozen funds are a result of a failed withdrawal attempt or a security measure to prevent malicious activity? Arbitrators should dig deeper into the account activity before making any decisions."

"Dude, I've seen this play out multiple times before unfortunately. Before we start pointing fingers, has the user provided any proof of their account being frozen and the funds being legitimate? Need more info on the situation before jumping into arbitration."
