"BF1 Glitch Exploitation: Getting the Drop on Enemy Squads"

"Hey everyone, got my BF1 squad together last night and we discovered a nasty glitch that's been giving us a major advantage in multiplayer matches. Basically, if you jump onto an opponent's tank and press the reload button at the same time, it crashes their entire vehicle and leaves them vulnerable to attack. Has anyone else encountered this or something similar?"
