"Hey fellow cryptos, just a heads up on the free VPN scene. I stumbled upon a report exposing some popular 'free' VPNs that are actually selling your browsing data to the highest bidder. Has anyone else been using these services and oblivious to the fact that you're basically trading your security for a sweet freebie?"

"Dude, this isn't news to most of us in the crypto space. Free VPNs are basically fishing for data, so it's no surprise they're exposing users. Time to fork over some cash for a reputable VPN, imo."

I've been using a paid VPN for months now, mainly because I have sensitive info online, so I think it's worth the extra cost. Free VPNs can be tempting, but like OP said, they often come with serious security risks. Has anyone else here switched to a paid VPN?

Just saw this article and it's definitely got me thinking about my VPN. I was using a free one, but now I'm second-guessing whether it's worth the risk of my data getting sold. Anyone else consider paying for a reputable VPN after reading this?

Y'all, I gotta say, I'm not surprised. I was using TunnelBear but switched to a paid NordVPN a while back after seeing some shady traffic on my account. Been happy with the change, but yeah, free VPNs are probably collecting all our data
