Title: Best Free Alternatives to Google Drive for a Private Cloud Solution

Hey guys, I'm looking for some free alternatives to Google Drive for a private cloud solution. I'm tired of all the advertising and data collection that comes with using Google services. Has anyone got any solid recommendations for free cloud storage that's actually secure and private?

"Been using Nextcloud for years, it's a great open-source option. Syncs seamlessly across all my devices and even has its own app store for plugins. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a private cloud solution"

"Hey OP, I've been using pCloud for a while now and it's been really good for me. It's got a decent free tier with 10 GB of storage and it's also pretty private, no ads or data mining going on. What's your take on it?"

I've been using Nextcloud and it's been a solid experience so far. You get all the features you need with a private cloud solution, including file syncing and collaboration tools. Plus, it's open-source, so you can modify it to fit your needs.

"Yaaas, I'm all about pCloud! I've been using it for ages and it's been super reliable for me. Free tier has 10GB of storage, which is decent, and the 500MB/day transfer limit isn't too bad either"

"Yup, I've been using Nextcloud for a while now and it's been solid. The self-hosted option is a great way to keep your data private, and it's got a pretty intuitive interface. Also, it's got a sweet free version with decent storage limits."

"Been using Nextcloud for years now and I gotta say, it's solid. The free Tier gives you up to 3GB of storage, and you can always upgrade when you need more. Works seamlessly with my own private server, so I can keep all my files under one roof"

I'm a fan of pCloud, it's not entirely free (you get 10GB for free, then it's $3.99/month for 2TB) but it's super secure and integrates well with other apps. For a complete free solution, you might want to check out ownCloud or Seafile, both are decent open-source options.

"Hey guys, I'm a huge fan of pCloud. It's free up to 10 GB, and the sync process is way more seamless than most alternatives I've tried. Plus, their 0.01 EUR per GB pricing is super affordable if you need more storage."

I've been using NextCloud for a while now and it's been a solid alternative to Google Drive. It's fully open-source, so you can host it privately on your own server, and it's got all the features you need for cloud storage. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with other Linux systems.
