I think the ending was fire, tbh. The decision to wipe out half of all life in the universe was a bold move, and it really added a new layer of depth to the story. It's not something I would've done differently, gotta respect the writers' vision.

I'm gonna be a contrarian here, but I think Tony Stark making the whole Snap reversal possible was always gonna lead to this outcome. I'd have had Nebula and Cap take the burden of saving the universe instead, it felt like they were the moral center of the story. Cap's speech still would've moved me, though.
