"Hey fellow forum members, I'm posting this as a last resort to try and resolve a dispute between me and LocalBitcoins. I bought 0.5 BTC for $45k on Saturday but the seller supposedly froze the funds and claims they're 'experiencing some issues' - I'm getting worried I've been scammed."

"Lol, buyer vs exchange trade disputes are super common on these platforms. Has the buyer already tried reaching out to the exchange's support team or escalated the issue via their ticket system? We can go ahead and create a temporary thread for mediation if that's not been done yet."

Yo, I'm not a pro arbitrator but I've dealt with some disputes on here before. If you're willing to share more details, I'd be happy to help facilitate a discussion to find a resolution.
