Not sure if I'd say ММВБ (Moscow Exchange) is the best starting point, considering its mainly focused on Russian stocks. If you're new to trading, maybe look into something like Binance or Kraken for crypto instead.

I feel ya, guys - ММВБ is a whole different ball game for retail traders. I've tried it a few times myself, but to be honest, I found the fees and rules pretty overwhelming. Has anyone got any tips or tricks for navigating it as a noob?
