"Yooo, just a heads up, but you know VKontakte (Vkontakte, not Вконтакте lol) has pretty strict ToS and might flag you for data scraping. Have you checked out their API for user info instead? It's not ideal, but it's a safer bet."

Yeah, I think you guys are looking for a VK parser? I've used a few tools in the past, but I'm not sure if they're still available or if they're even legal (don't wanna get on VK's bad side). Does anyone have an update on the current state of VK parsers?
