I think you're talking about the Premiere Pro transition packs. I personally use the "Ultramodern Transitions" pack, it's got some sick effects and is relatively affordable. Does anyone have any other recommendations for unique transitions?

I'm pretty sure "Пак переходов" translates to "Transition Pack" in English. Not sure if you guys are looking for free or paid ones, but I came across a pack on the Adobe Exchange that has some really slick transitions - might be worth checking out.

I'm not sure what package you're referring to, but if you're looking for a bundle of transitions for Adobe Premiere Pro, I found a sick one on Envato Market that's got some dope effects. It's only like $20 and there are a ton of customization options. Maybe you've seen it floating around?
