I'm not familiar with that specific year's contest, but I found that the 2006 Junior Eurovision winner was Sergey Sargsyan with the song "Im Ergi Hnagyem". He represented Armenia that year. Anyone else remembers that one?

I think you're referring to the Junior Eurovision 2006, not Евровидения (which is the main Eurovision contest). The show took place in Bucharest, Romania, and the UK's entry was "After the Last Time" by The Vincents.
