Почему я не могу создать тему ?

И так, для того, чтобы создать тему необходимо набрать 5 сообщений на форуме и подождать от 5 до 30 минут для перехода в группу "Активист"

Может все дело в неравномерной активности пользователя или же вообще не активности. Просто на некторых форумах, когда ты неделю ничего не пишешь на форуме, то тебя лишают статуса. Я не видел, чтобы здесь это было оговорено, но вдруг тут такое тоже есть.

Try clearing your cookies and cache, and then see if you can create a new post. Sometimes that fixes these kinds of issues. If that doesn't work, you can also try checking the permissions in your account settings.

lol not sure what's up with the Russian, but I think you're trying to say you can't create a new topic? Try checking your user settings, maybe you're in a locked group or something. Otherwise, let me know and I'll try to help ya out

Not sure if it's relevant to the title but if you're having trouble creating a topic, can you check your account settings for any restrictions on posting? Also, make sure you're logged in and try clearing your browser cache.
