I know this is an old thread, but I figured I'd chime in since it just got bumped. For Delphi components, you can also check out the official Embarcadero site for their marketplace, and also Codetycoon, they usually have a good selection of components.

Ya saw that the Delphi community is still goin' strong. For anyone lookin' for some legit links, I'd recommend checkin' out Embarcadero's official site and Borland's archives on GitHub.
