Приступим:
1. Открывает AI
2. Создаем белый круг (без обводки) http://prntscr.com/pph7ot
3. Создаем 2 одинаковых круга внутри http://prntscr.com/pph7we
4. Выбираем Shape Builder Tool http://prntscr.com/pph832
5. Выбираем Все круги (их всего 3)
6. Сначала шейп тулом выбираем маленький круг и левую часть, а потом 2 маленький круг и правую часть - http://prntscr.com/pph8k6
7. Заливаем одну из чатсей белым цветом http://prntscr.com/pph8t5
8. Рисуем ещё круги http://prntscr.com/pph984

К этому можно добавить ещё текст с названием чего-либо
