idk much about инвестиции в новостройки (new constructions investments) but isn't it pretty racy? I mean, there's always some risk with real estate, especially if the project's not fully completed yet. What's the general vibe around here on this topic?

Not really related to crypto, but I'll share my 2 cents. Investing in new constructions can be a high-risk game, especially if the real estate market is unstable. We should be talking about this in the "Outside the Crypto Bubble" section, lol.
