What's the design direction for this БМ landing page? Is it a simple one-pager or something with more complexity?

I'm not Russian fluent but from what I can tell, you're looking for a ready-made landing page template? I've heard of some great resources like WordPress or Wix for landing page templates, anyone else have any leads on this?
