idk what the issue is, but the Mann-Conductor doesn't seem to be dropping the Engineer's level 1 upgrades at random locations in the new update. Anyone else having this problem?

idk what's goin on in russian but i think you're talkin about tf2? been playin that game since high school, it's still lit. anyone know if they'll add any new game modes this year?
